The Role

Milk Education are pleased to be recruiting for a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant for a Liverpool based SEND school. Our partnership school are looking for a Teaching Assistant who has excellent classroom management skills with resilience and patience. A Level2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification is essential the role. The school provide an alternative education to their learners who are disengaged from mainstream education. The school is well respected within the community and all staff benefit from a supportiveSenior Leadership Team.

To be considered for the Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant position, the school have asked for:

Someone who has worked with children, young people, or vulnerable adults in any capacity
Someone who may have experience with supporting people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
Someone with great patience, drive and determination
Someone looking to extend and expand their skillset
