Key Responsibilities
Maintaining existing CHP maintenance contracts, negotiate & renew when required.
Discuss & secure new maintenance contracts with existing customers.
Secure new customers to include additional contracts to the fleet of CHP maintenance contracts.
Update monthly reporting records & complete customer billing - Annual, Quarterly, Monthly & Adhoc invoicing with support from the Service Manager
Update Job Tracker and file service job sheets
Credit Control - ensure timely payment of customer invoices
Other Ongoing Duties
Manage 9 vehicle fleet to include the following:
- Annual Insurances and any ongoing insurance changes
- Manage insurance claims/accidents
- Manage Road Fund License renewals
- Manage vehicle servicing & annual MOT
- Vehicle renewals
Manage Phone Contracts to include the following:
- Negotiate and renewal of landline & internet contracts
- Negotiate Mobile phone contracts
- Manage SIM cards for Remote Monitoring and ensure customers are invoiced
- Mobile phone provision for engineers
Update CHPQA records, add and secure new customers and complete annual submissions.
Update Annual membership of Gas Safe Register, provide Engineers with Gas Safe cards and update training records
Annual registration and submission of Safe Contractor, provide RAMS to engineers for service and maintenance jobs
Annual registration and submission of Constructionline
Provide Job numbers & Purchase Order numbers to Engineers as required
Any other general office duties as identified
