The role:


Operation Training Delivery Partner

What you'll do:


  • Deliver engaging and interactive training to colleagues in accordance with the IAG Cargo core mandatory syllabus and the industry regulators, mandatory, regulatory and legislative curriculum to ensure compliance.
  • Utilise a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods to accommodate diverse and inclusive learning styles.
  • Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders, regulatory bodies and Subject Matter Experts to ensure training content is accurate, accessible, uptodate and aligned with appropriate governing legislation.
  • Manage and interpret learning data for business areas, through our learning management system.
  • Proactively support the business in managing training compliance through regular communication.
  • Ensure all training records and certifications are maintained in line with regulatory specifications and internal requirements.
  • Coach, support, advise and implement in all aspects of the projects cycle.
  • Review and develop existing training interventions with a continuous improvement mindset them to make them effective and innovative, documenting changes in line with change control documentation.
  • Support in the Mentoring and Coaching of others to ensure the highest level of standards and consistency are achieved throughout the group.
  • Role model the company values and celebrate success within the team.
  • Communicate achievements and develop a proactive and motivating mindset within the teams through regular performance discussions.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external suppliers on all aspects of learning and development. This includes the regular assessment of training providers and costs effective alternative solutions, coordination of training, delivery, attendance, certifications, and reporting.

This role will include occasional global business travel.

What you'll bring to IAG Cargo:

  • Knowledge and understanding of various training methods and approaches
  • Ability to communicate clearly, assertively and with ease to a wide and varied audience from functional to senior roles.
  • Strong planning & organisational skills
  • Excellent analytical skills, creative and proactive problem solving
  • Ability to build relationships and use influencing skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team, especially within a fastmoving, changeable environment.

Your experience:


  • Previous experience in an operational training role
  • Identifying and defining training needs at an operational or functional level
  • Designing training programmes
  • Delivering face to face and virtual learning
  • Evaluating training interventions***
    QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED)
  • External accreditation in training facilitation or equivalent.
  • Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) issued licence, where required.
  • Educated to degree or similar level.
  • Recognised Coaching qualification.
  • Digital learning experience
- design and delivery.

  • Quality Assurance qualification.
