experienced Project Coordinator.

Purposes of the role:
To work closely with all project managers and the asset development team, coordinating the project leads throughout project development and execution and supporting the implementation of project goals.
Main responsibilities of the role:
- To manage and track of key actions for project development pipeline, supporting in carrying out the actions as required
- To follow up in carrying out actions as required
- Assist in updating financial models for projects that are in development, including Purchase Orders and payments of all contractors and suppliers accordingly with payment schedules
- Management of ad hoc projects arising from project development and delivery
- To provide support to project delivery managers as and when required
- To minute and coordinate actions for monthly project steering group meetings and weekly project progress meetings to maintain effective project communication between all stakeholders
- Assist with readying plants for handover to asset management, attending sites as required
- Updating management information system (Project tracker, Smartsheet and SAGE)
- Hold regular meetings with all departments to ensure open communication and expectations throughout a project
- Work directly with project managers to help implement project goals
- Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution from project development and delivery
- Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals
- Review project implementation and gather data on project execution
- Coordinate with project managers and other project leads throughout project execution
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or a related field
- Experience in project coordination, project management roles or related fields
- Knowledge of computer project management software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Project management certifications are desirable, including Certified Associate in Project Management; (CAPM), project management professional (PMP) or similar

- A strong communicator and have the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with people at all levels
- Selfmotivated, decisive, and resilient, with the ability to adapt and respond to change in a fastpaced environment and to work as part of a team under direction and, where needed, on own initiative
- Work to tight deadlines and to manage multiple task in a busy office environment
- Passionate about the renewables sector; with an interest in low carbon energy solutions and decarbonisation
Renumeration:
- We are offering a competitive salary, which will be discussed at interview.
Details:
- Location: London, W1S 4LD
- Hours of work: 40 hours per week typically 09:00 18:00, Monday to Friday
- Annual holiday entitlement is 25 days. In addition, you will have an annual entitlement of 8 days for public holidays
