Proposals Specialist

Escape are recruiting for a Proposals Specialist, Fife for a global engineering company to manage the complete process of complex contracts and quotations according to the project and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

Compile quotations and create cost structure with suppliers and internal teams based on availability of parts and site schedules
Lead on stakeholder meetings to present tender summary for approval
Point of contact for the customer

Key Skills:

Excellent communicator with internal/external stakeholders
Experience of working with in a complex technical/utilities/engineering or manufacturing environment
Organised and working to customer deadlines
Previous experience working on projects

Hybrid working - 2 days at home/3 days in office
