A new opportunity has arisen for a non-contentious construction solicitor to join a growing Construction Legal 100 team in Birmingham.

You will become part of a collaborative and dynamic team of experts in the construction and engineering industry acting for developers, contractors, institutional investors, funders, corporates, and public sector clients.

Your caseload will involve drafting, negotiation, and management of construction contracts.

You will be advising on large-scale projects across a variety of sectors including real estate development, logistics, regeneration, energy, infrastructure, centraland local government, pharma, retail, leisure, and hotel.
