Room Care Technician - Full time:

  • £23,000 per year plus service charge*We are looking for a full time
    Room Care Technician to join our amazing Maintenance Team.
As a Room Care Technician, you will ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, visitors and colleagues.
This is a varied and interesting role within a stunning 1,065-acre estate.

As a Room Care Technician, you will be supporting the maintenance team in providing preventative maintenance of guest bedrooms.

You will carry out a wide range of general pro-active and re-active maintenance, including but not limited to A/C filter cleaning, shower head descaling, visual electrical inspections, water temperature checks, statutory testing of Fire Life Safety systems.


Working 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 as per the rota (Shifts)

You will need to be flexible regarding the days you can work. Weekend and bank holiday working is required.

Full manual driving licence required.

What we are looking for:

Previous Hotel/Hospital Maintenance experience preferable- Effective written and oral communication skills

  • Experience with Microsoft office required.
  • Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
  • Be a teamplayer with a positive cando attitude.
  • Have attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Have the ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
