We are currently recrutiing for inbound customer service representatives to manage our client accounts.

The job role involves taking and processing orders from our existing customers via telephone, and providing excellent customer service.


Experience within a business to business enviorment is preffered, but if you have experience in providing customer service or sales via telephone we would like to hear from you.

We provide full training.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 08:30 -17:00 (on site).

Salary is from £21,000 depending on experience.

Cleveland Cable Company is the largest supplier of cables and cable accessories in the UK. Founded in 1978, we operate nine branches across the UK and Ireland supplying domestic and European markets.

In 2016, we launched Dubai-based Cleveland Cable Trading FZCO to supply markets in the Middle East and Africa, taking our business truly global.

Additionally, we own and operate Superlec Direct - an electrical wholesale, supplier and retail e-commerce website.
