Employee Relations Advisor 6 months FTC

Hybrid, Luton

up to £38,000 pa


We're Impellam Group, a global leader in the provision of global workforce and specialist recruitment solutions, and we are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join us on a 6 month contract.


Role overview:


The Employee Relations Advisor role oversees multiple areas like case management, advice and guidance, stakeholder relationship management, change management and a variety of ad-hoc projects.


You will act as an ambassador of the group, understanding each Impellam brand and it's unique offering, and provide first class advisory services to a variety of stakeholders at every level.


Key duties:


  • Management of the shared inbox, in line with the standard response time
  • Effective and dedicated case management of people related matters to both permanent and temporary workers
  • Disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, restructures, relocations, absence, flexible working, settlement agreements
  • End to end management of ACAS early conciliation cases, including COT3 agreements
  • TUPE transfers
  • Guide managers towards execution of organizational change via robust and pragmatic advice
  • Accurate and prompt data management on HR databases

Skills and experience required for this role:

You will have a strong Employee Relations advisory background with a bias towards Employment Legislation, as well as solid understanding of HR systems, GDPR and best practices.


You'll have experience in complex redundancies, ending of assignments for casual workers, occupational health, HR advice and different types of contracts, as well as experience with TUPE and AWR.

You are a strong communicator that delivers excellent customer service every time.

You are organized, with good judgement and decision-making skills, and you have the ability to influence people at every level.
