An expanding and reputable Legal 500 Firm is seeking to appoint a private client solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE to join their reputable department.

The role itself requires the private client solicitor to run and manage their own private client files (Wills, LPAs and Estate Administration) but you will also very much be part of a team and sometimes depending on the scale of a matter, may need to assista senior fee earner (again depends on the person being recruited, their experience and if this were something they would want or need to do).

An ability to have dealt with or be able to deal with Estates and Wills concerning the agricultural property and business assets would be an advantage but not a necessity.

The firm is open to offering some degree of home working but again this would need to be agreed upon at the offer stage and would be dependent on departmental needs and the individual's needs.
