Motor Claims Handler in Newcastle.

The client is a very well established organisation with a fantastic name in the market. This role is a hybrid position, 9am - 5pm (Monday - Friday).

Duties/Responsibilities

Handling the full claims process from Cradle to Grave
Ensure all information is captured and inputted onto internal systems
Full Caseload Claims Management

To be a Motor Claims Handler

Knowledge of Personal Injury or Credit Hire
:

Ability to negotiate & settle claims using a variety of methods in line with requirements
Strong Customer Skills
Good communication skills with all stakeholders
Highly experienced in resolving difficult & complex claims

Job Types:

Full-time, Permanent

Salary:

£24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
