Training Advisor (Apprenticeships)

Temporary (would consider permanent)

Rate:
£12 - £15 per hour


Eden Brown are currently looking for a Training advisor within Apprenticeships on behalf of a leading Further Education College in Lancashire.


As a Training advisor, you will work with the trainers and assessors to manage the apprenticeship journey from start to end.

This will include enrolment of the learners, visiting employers to discuss training needs, carrying out health and safety assessments, monitoring the learners attendance and attending employer events.


You will need to work collaboratively with the trainers and assessor to ensure a smooth journey for the learner from onboarding until end point assessment and completion, including developing an in-depth individual learning plan.


  • 4 GCSEs including maths and English
  • A recognised health and safety qualification, or be willing to undertake one
  • Experience working in a customer focused environment
  • Experience working in an education or training setting is desirable
