Are you looking for a step up in role within manufacturing ?

Looking for a assistant management accountant role which will allow you to get up from behind your desk and make a difference in your business with a strong operational focus?

We are currently working with a global manufacturing company based in Leicester, they have 2 sites in the UK but are owned by a international group.

This role is brand new and will give the individual who is successful a chance to not only progress throughout the company but also development new skills in finance.

They don't have a massive finance team which means you will be exposed to financial accounts aswell, but can offer job stability due to the international sister company.

Own budget and forecast inputs.

Understanding P+L, challenging variances and drivers
KPIs such as wastage, materials, labour
Driving continuous improvement in relation to accuracy and efficiency of processes.
Supporting the commercial / operations team and wider business with key projects.
Carrying out commercial/operations margin analysis to guide & influence business decisions.
Conduct review meetings with department managers to analyse and challenge cos

You will be getting really into the detail with standard costs, BOMs and articulating your findings to senior finance and stakeholders, so if you have had some exposure to this previously but really don't see where your next step up is going to come from pleasecall us today on for the spec and we can answer any questions you may have.
