Description

Whole of market financial planning practice are in need of a IFA Administrator to work on a hybrid basis from their Fareham office to provide both clerical and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the firm.


You will be supporting a team of financial advisers and paraplanners with all areas of administration, specifically submitting new business, fund switches and withdrawals and monitoring progress through to completion via provider online systems.


  • Ideally you will have worked on FE analytics but its not a dealbreaker. You must have upto date product knowledge and of come from a IFA/ Wealth management background._

Day to day...

  • To ensure that the firm's clients are treated fairly at all times;
  • To work as part of a team alongside the firm's advisers to provide clients with a professional ongoing financial planning experience
  • To meet and greet clients who attend the office;
  • Arrange meetings / book appointments;
  • Update and maintain the firm's records / registers, as required;
  • Assisting advisers in the creation of client financial reports / letters including performance charts;
  • Monitor receipt of commission / fee payments from clients;
  • Undertake online ID checks;
  • Collate letter of authority information for clients;

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
