COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR - ALL LEVELS


This law firm is looking to expand their team and recruit commercial lawyers at both Associate and Senior Associate levels into its growing Liverpool commercial team.


Role Overview
You will join an explanding commerical department in Liverpool servicing a range of commercial clients, your duties will include:

  • Non contentious commercial work
  • Handling a mixed caseload of transactional corporate cases
  • Supply Chain Contracts
  • Trading Arrangements
  • TMT/IP non contentious matters
  • IT Service agreements
The team works for a range of clients in private, public and third sectors. The team is growing, but still small enough that you will get good exposure to clients and experienced partners.


To be considered you will be a qualified solicitor with at least 2 years' experience in corporate or commercial work.
