**Project Delivery Lead
Permanent - Full Time
West Brom
£32k - £36k**This role will be responsible and accountable for the delivery of projects across both internal and external sites. Reporting to the IT Business Development Manager, the IT Project Delivery Lead will diligently undertake end-to-end management of projects,ensuring that they are scoped, planned, and delivered in line with requirements.

Key Responsibility:

Responsible for the endtoend management of projects both internally and externally. From scoping, designing, planning and delivery.
Manage a range of technical and business change projects under the guidance of the IT Business Development Manager.
Work with Key Stakeholders and senior leaders to support the creation of Strategic IT plans.
Work with Key members of the business to scope and support the delivery of technical improvements/
Maintain accurate project plans and related documentation and ensure always current.
Maintain regular liaison with all stakeholders and employees on the progress of projects.
Plan, prepare and conduct meetings, workshops, training sessions and presentations for technical and nontechnical audiences of all levels, including senior leaders and key stakeholders.
Build and foster relationships with clients and partners.
Liaise and negotiate with partners to ensure best value and reliable services are delivered to customers.
Liaise with the Technical Operations team to book resources required for project delivery.
Support the IT Senior Leadership team in defining product roadmaps.
Support the implementation of projects, where necessary, to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.
Undertake site visits alongside partners (where required) to understand requirements.
Lead in the onboarding of new customers to the business Providing a named point of contact for initial onboarding.
The post holder must at all times carry out his/her responsibilities with due regard to the businesses policy, organisation and arrangements for Health and Safety at Work.

What We're After?

Prince 2 or equivalent practical project management knowledge
Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
Good understanding of a range of technologies supporting Education.
Relevant Knowledge of the Data Protection Act & data security Knowledge of current and future ICT & MIS market developments
Previous experience of working on IT Projects.
Minimum of 3 years delivering support in a IT Service Environment.
Experience of scoping technical requirements to meet business / customer requirements
Strong technical understanding across a wide range of technologies and technical solutions Experience of producing technical solution documentation
Experience of negotiating pricing and technical solutions with a range of providers
Sound understanding of best practice and industry trends in project management
Experience of working delivering technical projects to a wide range of stakeholders Track record of managing successful project delivery in line with desired outcomes and agreed quality, time and budget
Experience of working successfully on multiple projects at the same time Demonstrable experience of identifying and managing project interdependencies and implications that cross service boundaries.
