To work with the team to ensure smooth running of the Acute in Hours Visiting Service in East & North Hertfordshire.

Coordinate the AIHVS team on a daily basis ensuring excellent communication with the AIHVS clinical team and the GP surgeries that refer to the service.

You will be the main point of contact for AIHVS whilst on shift, liaising with the rota team as needed to support the related service delivery.

Working with the AIHVS team to ensure a timely response to the referrals working with the service KPIs and service specification.
