The job itself:

We have recently relocated to Hessle to a brand new, multi-million-pound purpose-built School and Residence. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated and exceptional team of individuals.

This is an extremely rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to children's lives in a Residential Care Setting. By offering 24/7 care 48 weeks per year, St. Anne's Residence provides short breaks to support families and offers structure and consistency to children and young people.


We pride ourselves on developing self-help, independence, social and communication skills through reactional activities on and off site for children and young people aged between 8 and 19 years.

Emotional wellbeing of children and young people and safety is a high priority.


Ideally you will be qualified with an NVQ/Diploma level 3 in Care of Children and Young People/Social Care Pathways/Residential Child Care.

However, opportunity and support will be available if this qualification is not held.
