About Our Client:

This exciting Peterborough Based IT & Tech business have a great reputation locally and internationally.

They are looking for 2 individuals to support on the document scanning and compliance administration side of the business to support the on-boarding of new hires, which includes carrying out and administering DBS and credit checks.


Temporary Document Processing Administrator Overview

  • Support Resourcing team with new starter compliance to include DBS and credit checks
  • Manager collects the information, assesses the documents and checks compliance.
  • Compliance admin
  • Writing out references and reviewing responses

The Successful Applicant:


Document Processing Administrator experience and characteristics required

  • Previous office based administration experience is a must
  • Attention to detail
  • Be available on short notice, max 2 weeks
  • Be able to complete a DBS/Credit check (Paid for by the employer)
  • Good communication skills
  • Comfortable using online IT and tech systems including excel and uploading documents on to company systems
