Warmer Energy Solutions are a leading company in the renewable technologies sector.
Specialising in Air Source Heat Pumps and Solar PV, we work directly with utility companies and blue-chip organisations, as well as direct to customers.
Our goal is to offer a bespoke solution to every customer, making their property energy efficient and reducing their carbon footprint through renewable technologies.
We are a quickly expanding small business based in south Liverpool, looking for motivated, self-starters to grow with us.Reporting to the Commercial Manager your duties will include:
- Take inbound calls and make outbound calls, providing a positive and engaging first impression of our company
- Collect information and process customer enquiries
- Update internal and external systems
- Schedule customer appointments for technical surveyors
- Provide updates and reports for client meetings
Qualifications/Experience
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills essential
- IT literacy essential (MS Office Apps, Outlook, Browser, VoIP)
- Previous customer services and/or works coordination experience is preferred
- Consistent professional manner with customers, clients and colleagues

£26,000.00 per year
