Description
JS Coachworks Ltd are looking to recruit an organised and motivated parts advisor to join our new Bodyshop in Sidcup.
This is a great opportunity to join a fresh new build for a busy and growing company.This role is vital to ensure the repair progress of vehicles runs as smoothly as possible.
The core of the job role entails ordering and managing incoming parts for vehicles, maintaining wet and dry materials at the correct stock levels, costing parts onto jobs and keeping on top of part order delays.

Main Responsibilities
- Liasing with estimators and technicians with part updates and orders
- Maintaining correct stock levels of wet and dry goods
- Build great working relationships with manufacturers
- Checking incoming parts are correct and not damaged
- Keeping stores and parts area are organised and tidy
- Reporting any issues regarding parts and stock to the relevant department
- Amending part price changes through the Audatex estimating system
- Cost all parts onto the correct job and checking correct discounts have been applied
About you
- Motivated and organised, with great problem solving skills
- Presentable appearance and good communication skills
- Computer literate, ideally have experience with Autoflow and Audatex
- Previous experience with an automotive parts role
Salary:
£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
