Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Tutor

£30,000 - £32,000
We're on the hunt for multiple Apprenticeship Tutors who can deliver the Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship standards at level 3.


The provider are an ever growing presence in the FE market place, having start from small beginnings have now grown to be one of the leading names in the sector.

One reason they have done so well in growing and retaining staff is through what they offer.


You'll see already that they offer a market leading salary for this type of role, with 25 days holiday plus the BHs, which rises a day per years services; L&D opportunities, Healthcare plans, plus smaller benefits such as perkbox and high street discounts.


Currently role is purely remote delivery, however over the next 6-12 months they want to reintegrate some work place visits.

This won't go back to pre-covid ways, but some of their clients/learners could benefit from face to face interactions of which you will have autonomy on how frequent, and when you see them.

Location on these roles doesn't matter. They already have a TA team of 10+ and we have 3 new roles due to growth.

So, although currently delivery is remote, you will only be given learners you are located locally to you to minimise travel when you wish to go see them.


You will deliver both individual and group sessions to your learners undertaking the Apprenticeship programmes, along with all the other typical tasks of the role - manage progress, utilise the e-portfolio system, work with the employers, timely completions etc.
