Description

Our client based in Romford is seeking a temporary
Customer Service Assistant to work alongside the local community, making outbound calls to offer and arrange their services.


This is Monday to Friday, working 09:30-17:30.

Up to £12.50 per hour

This will involve:


  • Making outbound calls within the community to offer the service and answer and questions
  • Supporting customers through the process
  • Keeping record of participants and updating records accordingly
  • Elements of data entry onto the bespoke system
  • Providing excellent customer service to service users
  • Working closely alongside healthcare professionals to offer and organise services

Person Specification:


  • Comfortable working within a team
  • Confident speaking on the phone and making outbound calls
  • Comfortable with training
  • Confident with daily administrative tasks
  • Able to build a rapport with customers
