The Role

The Milton Keynes Real Estate team is looking for an Associate with experience in general commercial real estate work.

About You

Must be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales.
15PQE

Ideally have experience in all or most of the following:

Carrying out asset management and portfolio management work and providing general landlord/tenant leasing advice in connection with the grant of new leases and consents.

Working with a project team including construction and planning colleagues.

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial real estate documents such as sale/purchase contracts, easements, licenses and agreements for lease.
Dealing with the usual real estate due diligence requirements such as the preparation/review of certificates/reports on the title.
