We are looking for a PA/Office Manager who will be managing the office to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.

You will be comfortable and confidentsupporting senior managers and clients with a positive professional experience.


As the PA/Office Manger, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they have a high level of service from the moment they make contact.

You will be responsible for supporting the partners with all administrative duties in a fast pacedever changing environment. You will be proactive and highly organised and ideally have worked in financial services or have an accountancy background.

The PA/Office Manager will be responsible for:

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Document amendments
  • Screen calls and monitor switchboard
  • Sorting and distributing the internal post
  • Ordering the stationary and office supplies
  • Updating CRM
  • Producing reports
  • Processing cheques
  • Setting up meetings
  • Managing the office
  • Preparing presentations
  • Organising travel
  • Diary Management
  • Managing and booking events
  • AML checks
  • Processing expenses
