FreshOnline provides web design and digital marketing services to small businesses in Sussex, Kent and London. We are based at the Innovation Centre in St Leonards.
Job description
We are a small digital marketing agency based in St Leonards. We help small businesses to succeed online by building beautiful, modern websites and managing digital marketing campaigns. We are looking to recruit a Sales Support Administrator to join our team. The role will suit a proactive, well-organised and hardworking individual.
You will work closely with the business owner to ensure we respond quickly to customers and deliver excellent service.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Producing and following up on quotations and customer invoices
- Supporting the team with sales administration activities
- Office management activities
We will give you on-the-job training to help you succeed in your new role. You will need to have excellent written English skills and strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
You will need to work on your initiative and learn new skills quickly to develop the role and provide full support to the team.
Previous administration and customer-facing experience in an office environment with good computer skills are essential.We look forward to hearing from you.
