We are assisting our client who supply services to the entire spectrum of issues relating to costs
litigation and have an enviable reputation in the highly specialised sectors of the
legal industry.

They are looking to recruit a
Practice Manager who will be responsible for the smooth running of all aspects of the practice management function.

Responsibilities

To collaborate with suppliers to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and proved an effective service.
Monitor the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; Identify an qualify new suppliers in collaboration with other departments
Establish performance metrics for measurement, comparison or evaluation of factors effecting the services of the business.
Develop policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety; implement subsequent changes to processes.
Assist the team in the coordinating of changes, supplier extension or new services line launches to ensure timely and orderly transitions.

Required skills / Abilities

Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Three years of experience in a managerial position
Thorough understanding of company service lines
Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with clients and suppliers
