Responsibilities:

Working alongside Architects and Senior Technologists to create detailed drawings for residential projects.
Creating technical drawings, 3D models, and specifications.
Liaising with contractors, consultants, and clients regarding project specifications.
Coordinating drawings with other disciplines such as structural engineers, electrical engineers, and landscape architects.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Experience working as an Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Proficient in the use of REVIT software.
