Description

Hugely successful, growing and well regarded agency are looking for an established Ops specialist to come in to make the role their own and set up/ change and adapt current ways of working.


They create ground breaking work for their clients across the globe, working collaboratively with the client to problem solve and come up with the best solutions.

You will join a fast paced agency, who work collaboratively to deliver highly creative work driven by data.


This is a newly created senior role where you will partner closely with the CEO, COO, MD & ECD and other internal stake holders.

You will drive the agreed business and process change across different disciplines and regions

  • 12 month Fixed term contract (possible permanent role after)
  • Flexible start date

- £70k-£90k


The role:

  • Responsible for the operational performance of the agency teams
  • Process & change management
  • Leading on agency structure, implementation and commercial direction
  • Lead on implementation of change across the whole business group
  • Lead on creating, developing and implementing new process and ways of working, including an audit on the current processes
  • Lead workshops internally, define agenda, outputs, deadlines and actions
  • Ensure the correct teams are working on the right projects at the right pace, on time and to budget
  • Get to know individuals and their skill sets to identify their needs and wants
  • Produce data driven reporting documents
  • Partner with the Finance director and CFO on utilisation and efficiency tracking
  • Resolve any issues or conflict within teams

The person:

  • Calm and level headed under pressure
  • Ideally experience from a creative or marketing agency background
  • Experience leading on transformation and change workstreams within a global business
  • Demonstrated a history of managing ongoing ambitious change at a senior level.
  • High level of business and financial acumen.
  • Inspiring and motivating attitude towards staff
  • Inclusive leadership style
  • The ability to work collaboratively
  • Experience in a line management role
  • Emotionally intelligent, being empathetic towards internal teams and clients
