Job Description:
- Plan, design, estimate, develop and implement Power Platform solutions based on established patterns and best practices, working with development teams as well as directly with customers
- Lead technical development teams across different customer accounts, take ownership of deliverables and be responsible for the technical quality of the team's output, enforcing standards
- Liaise directly with customers to gather/refine requirements
- Assist in driving the adoption of cloud solutions using the Power Platform and provide technical advice to team members
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated 3+ years project experience developing solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps Model Driven and Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents)
- Comprehensive understanding of Non-Functional Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Development experience using Microsoft stack (.NET/C#/TypeScript/SQL Server)
- Experience in implementing and using other data stores (SQL/SharePoint/Lists)
- Experience working with testing strategies and tools for Power Platform solutions
- Experience working with ALM strategies for the Power Platform
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in DevOps teams
- Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for CI/CD and backlog/progress tracking
- Experience integrating PowerApps solutions with APIs or thirdparty solutions
- Experience with the wider Microsoft 365 platform including SharePoint, Forms, Teams
- Eligibility for SC clearance
- Which requires 5 years history in the UK.
