Head of Performance Marketing (Vitamins & Supplements)

West Midlands (Hybrid working available)

Up to £60,000 + Benefits
Mackenzie Jones are delighted to have partnered with a market leading Vitamins & Supplements business. The business has a wide portfolio of amazing products to suit different needs of their customers. As consumers we're more aware than ever of what goes inour bodies so there's no surprise their Sales are skyrocketing - they've experienced double digit growth for the last 4 years

The business is looking to bring more of their marketing activities in-house now so they're looking to hire a Head of Performance Marketing/Head of Paid Media to take ownership of this.


Key skills required for this Head of Performance Marketing role:

  • You have at least 4 years Performance Marketing/Paid Media experience within the Retail/FMCG industry (ideally for another Vitamins & Supplements brand).
  • Excellent paid social experience is absolutely critical for this role.
  • Proven experience of owning a variety of social channels
  • Facebook, Google, TikTok, YouTube etc.
  • Proven experience of customer acquisition strategies to drive E-Commerce sales.

Location - Hybrid/Flexible working available, some office presence is required, minimum once a month.
