A well-known luxury jewelry group in central London are looking to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk on a temporary basis for at least 3 months with potential to become permanent.

Based in the West End of London in a newly refurbished office, this role hasarisen due to a team member leaving before year end budgets have been announced.

This opportunity is hybrid with 3 days working in the office each week.

This opportunity reports directly to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and sits within a team of 9. You will be responsible for part of the accounts payable process and assist with the year end close.

Your duties will include:

Scanning, coding and posting high volume of manual and PO invoices/credit notes via SAP
Accurate input, distribution and follow up of all invoices
Accurate recording of employee expenses via Concur
Reconciling suppliers accounts
Resolving queries and disputes with suppliers
Perform monthend closing tasks
Ensure completeness of documentation for audit purpose and file accordingly
Adhoc tasks

For this opportunity, it is essential that you have working experience of PO and non-PO invoicing. It would be advantageous to have experience with SAP and speak another language.

You should also have clear communication skills; and be happy to have difficultconversations with suppliers to ensure internal processes are met.

It is advantageous if you have worked within a luxury or retail environment previously.
