    Job Title: Studio Manager

    We are seeking an experienced Studio Manager to join our London team. This role involves managing resources, streamlining workflow, and ensuring high-quality outputs meet strategic and creative objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage resource planning and forecasting for a team of 25+ people.
    • Negotiate and book external resources, including research, freelancers, photographers, and illustrators.
    • Analyse and report on project profitability, manage purchase orders, and ensure high productivity and utilization rates.

    About the Role:

    The successful candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in studio management and be able to hit the ground running. They will actively contribute to the agency's transformation journey and co-create a clear roadmap with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). Network agency experience would be advantageous as this agency is part of a group company.

    Requirements:

    • 7+ years of experience in studio management.
    • Ability to negotiate and book external resources.
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

    What We Offer:

    • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
    • A comprehensive benefits package.
