Client Accounts Executive / Finance Administrator

Your commitment to delivering exceptional customer care and expertise in managing financial transactions (over £25 million in rents from 1,700+ managed properties) will significantly enhance our clients' rental experience.
Join our Client Accounts team and contribute to the continued growth of our fast-expanding PropTech business in the UK.Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the team in ensuring rents are received and transferred.
- Oversee the release of tenant deposits.
- Investigate and resolve outstanding balances related to landlords, tenants, or suppliers.
- Address inquiries from clients, tenants, and the office.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Work with the Head of Finance to generate internal financial reports encompassing budgets, forecasts, and income analysis.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for investors.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a financerelated role such as bookkeeping, general accounts, purchasing, finance administrator, etc
- Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word.
- Highly organised, forwardthinking, with a lateral approach to problemsolving.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, always demonstrating politeness and courtesy to both internal and external parties.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic, constantly striving to improve personal performance while contributing to team objectives.
- Consistently deliver a high level of customer service.
- Communicate in a wellwritten and professional manner.
