Client Accounts Executive / Finance Administrator

As a Client Accounts Exec, you will be essential in turning this vision into a reality.

Your commitment to delivering exceptional customer care and expertise in managing financial transactions (over £25 million in rents from 1,700+ managed properties) will significantly enhance our clients' rental experience.

Join our Client Accounts team and contribute to the continued growth of our fast-expanding PropTech business in the UK.


Your Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist the team in ensuring rents are received and transferred.
  • Oversee the release of tenant deposits.
  • Investigate and resolve outstanding balances related to landlords, tenants, or suppliers.
  • Address inquiries from clients, tenants, and the office.

Additional Responsibilities:


  • Work with the Head of Finance to generate internal financial reports encompassing budgets, forecasts, and income analysis.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for investors.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Previous experience in a financerelated role such as bookkeeping, general accounts, purchasing, finance administrator, etc
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word.
  • Highly organised, forwardthinking, with a lateral approach to problemsolving.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, always demonstrating politeness and courtesy to both internal and external parties.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic, constantly striving to improve personal performance while contributing to team objectives.
  • Consistently deliver a high level of customer service.
  • Communicate in a wellwritten and professional manner.

From £26,500.00 per year
