Description

We are looking for an excellent Financial Controller to join a brilliant FMCG brand to ensure the smooth running of the central/group finance function, focusing on the core accounting.

Reporting directly into the Commercial/Finance Director, you will overseethe Group Finance team whilst also working closely with the Head of FP&A & the CEO.

Your Role:

Finance Control and Reporting provide timely and accurate financial information, analysis and insights across the global organisation including income, expenditure, balance sheet and cash flow
Deliver efficient and effective financial processes and controls drive forward the development of financial controls, continually improving systems and ways of working to ensure efficiency and clean & clear audit trail through all ledgers
Compliance company secretarial responsibilities, quarterly group VAT returns, stat accounts & annual audit
Balance Sheet Control ensure all control accounts are reconciled periodically
Leadership and Team Management lead and develop the group finance team
Someone who can embrace challenges that arise
Qualified accountant with at least 47 years in similar role
System savvy strong excel user and confident in manipulating large amounts of data
High level of planning, accuracy, and great attention to detail
Strong people skills to build relationships and deliver results
