This position will offer the incumbent the ability to add, and receive credit for, new business development over the long term as the firm continues to grow.


In this role, the successful applicant will be:

Responsible for helping to develop our clients' institutional business, primarily across the EMEA region, but also in other global regions over time.

Playing a key role in the generation of leads and meetings (including cold calling) and then working with the Head of Distribution and Investment Team to win business.


We are looking for someone who is:
Hardworking, dedicated and enjoys building lasting relationships with clients.
Aware of the institutional investors space, predominantly via investment consultants, but also directly with pension funds and insurance
Keen to expand further into the wholesale market

Able to demonstrate humility and willingness to pitch in on basic, less glamorous tasks as needed (such as RFPs or client reporting).


The role is based in the London office (the business also has offices in the US), while the expectation is for the post-holder to focus their time initially on the UK and Ireland institutional space.

We are interested in applicants with around 4-8 years' experience from the following backgrounds:
Investment consultants - with experiences in equities
Consultant relations on buy-side
Institutional sales on buy-side
Equity Product Specialists who are interested in sales
