Legal Secretary
RLK Solicitors is a niche law firm offering a personal and quality service to all our clients. We provide legal services in Litigation, Conveyancing, Wills & Probate and Family.
We are looking for a legal secretary to join our growing firm.
Job Description:
- Providing administrative/secretarial support to fee earners such as file opening, printing, scanning, filing and file closing
- To attend clients both in person and on the telephone in a professional and friendly manner ensuring that quality of service levels are to the highest standards.
- Taking phone calls, make appointments, arrange meetings and maintain the diary for yourself and fee earners
- Effectively communicating with clients and being the first point of contact
- Dealing with ID and AML Checks
- Dealing with incoming/outgoing post
- Audio typing
- To prepare meeting rooms as necessary and arrange for the tidying and clearance of rooms at the conclusion of meetings as well as providing refreshments when asked to do so
- To make effective use of the firms' case management systems
- Organisational and administrative Skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- IT proficiency
- The ability to work well as a team
- Must be able to work under their own initiate with a strong attention to detail.
Please note, this role will be based at our Kings Norton Office.
Salary:
From £19,000.00 per year
