My client is a well regarded, multi office, regional firm.
They are a fantastic team who enjoy their modern offices. You will enjoy the varied workload on offer. The firm looking towards a new Real Estate Lawyer to add to their growing team.
The position involves acting on sales and acquisitions, letting (for landlord and tenant), property management, licences to assign, underlet and alter, property finance as well as a broad base of general commercial property work

Have at least 1 year's worth of experience of commercial real estate transactions;
Naturally take a collaborative and proactive approach to their work;
Be ambitious, confident and motivated to exceed expectations.
