Description
Our client is a leading law firm in the West Midlands.

They are looking for an experienced Plot Conveyancer to join their branch based in Solihull, offering fantastic progression and benefits.

If you have experience within plot sales, and are looking forthe next step in your career, this could be the job for you.


Duties

  • Acting for house builders of new build homes
  • Running your own caseload from reservation to completion
  • Handling all aspects of the conveyancing sales and purchase process including Help to Buy and Part Exchange transactions

You

  • You must have a minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role, with your own caseload
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Knowledge of the conveyancing process end to end
  • Drive and commitment to your team
  • Excellent attention to detail

On Offer

  • Annual salary up to £35,000
