Hybrid - North West/North of England

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an exceptional
Professional Coaching Tutor to continue to offer our clients and learners the best possible service.

Our
Tutors work on a hybrid model and provide one to one coaching to assist learners throughout their apprenticeship, embedding knowledge from the workshops, assisting portfolio progression and preparing them for their end point assessments.

This role will be a hybrid working model with a blended training approach delivering Professional Coaching Level 5.

What make a great Tutor?

You must be innovative, able to manage change, have excellent communication and influencing skills, be results driven and understand what makes a business or organisation successful and how your actions can impact on the success of the business.

You should have experience delivering or facilitating Professional Coaching training in the Apprenticeship/Adult Learning environment, both remotely and face to face.

Ideally you would have worked in either the Manufacturing or Retails sector.

You will need to a minimum Level 5 Coaching qualification and ideally hold an appropriate assessor qualification (D32/D33, A1, TAQA or CAVA) or equivalent.

Salary:
£30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
