Project/Account Management Roles

(Experienced Project/Account Manager, Senior Project/Account Manager)


These roles will appeal to those who like a combination of client management and hands on client delivery, "getting their hands dirty".

Those who like the responsibility and buzz of working towards a common goal as a team that has to meet high client expectations leading to a physical or virtual event that has no second chance.

Key Responsibilities (will vary according to role)

  • Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery you'll take the event brief, assist in the creation of a proposal, manage the budget, be the central point of contact for the client,
  • Liaise with suppliers, work on all logistic elements of the event, create on site documents, for larger events be on site, then you will reconcile the event and follow up with the client post event
  • Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
  • Work with sales to prepare/conduct research in support of pitch responses
  • Depending on interests opportunities to also get involved in digital, design and marketing activities
  • Working closely across the inhouse team
  • On site, you may be required to manage a team of technicians and event coordinators
  • Developing client relationships during each project in order to secure repeat business
  • Account managing selected clients to build long term relationships
  • Maintain the budget to achieve GP targets

  • Flexibility with working hours as additional hours in the office or on site may be required on occasion
  • Current driving license

Experience:


  • Evidence of being able to manage to a tight deadline and be organised
  • Account management and client handling experience in an agency or similar
  • Logistics experience in a technical company, hotel events or similar
  • Experience in managing a range of events
  • The right attitude and cultural fit is a must

Job Types:

Contract length: 9- 12 months


Salary:
£30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
