Venn Group are currently working on a position with a highly-regarded Healthcare organisation to source a PA/Administrator for the following assignment:PA/Administrator (Reference:
J65382)
Location:
vastly remote working
Contract: 4 months
Rate:
£14.32 per hour plus holiday pay
Hours: 37.5 per week
Your duties will include:
- Supporting the Contracting Team in managing and maintaining a wide portfolio of contracts with providers
- Providing administrative support to contracting meetings, including minute taking, agenda setting, and management of issue logs/action trackers and followup of actions required in between meetings, all within agreed timeframes
- Managing documentation throughout the contracts process, ensuring that contract documentation is kept up to date, including records of routine correspondence and disputes
- Ensuring that contract variations are enacted and documented in response to service change proposals
- Providing monthly and ad hoc reports on contracted services, as required
- Developing good working relations with providers
- Checking contract invoices, ensuring validation of coding and charging to ensure timely payment
- Providing the members of the wider team with necessary data and information to inform and support key provider relationships and meetings
- Attending when required to a wide range of internal/external meetings and working groups
- Providing and receiving complex, sensitive and contentious information and storing such information appropriately, flagging to relevant parties as appropriate
- Experience of preparing and maintaining meeting papers including agendas,
minutes and action logs - Knowledge of administrative procedures, project management or information analysis
- Ability to pull together comprehensive draft reports, data and letters
- Skills for communication on complex information and administrative matters, requiring developed interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
- Computer literacy with advanced experience of working with all Microsoft Office packages (
Excel and Word specifically) - Demonstrable time management and organisational skills
- The ability to work under pressure and problem solve
