Property Management Services
Purpose
Serving customers in a wide range of transactions providing a high level of customer service at all times.
Assisting in the efficient and accurate running of the Post Office.
Responsibilities:
- Key holding
- Cash handling
- Handling customer queries and providing assistance when necessary
- Banking shop lodgments
- Balancing the office daily and weekly
- Staying up to date with new launches and products
- Providing a positive impression of the company to our customers
- To assist in the overall running of the business wherever possible
Educational qualifications
High numeracy and literacy skills
Applicants must be 18 years old and over.
Skills and Experience:
Previous Supervisory Experience in Retail or Banking
Other relevant information:
A degree of flexibility is required in the following areas
- Hours extra may be required as the needs of the business dictates
- Travel the need to travel to another office if required
