£20-£30k basic salary + £200 monthly performance bonus + additional monthly & quarterly commission payments

Recruitment is a targeted role, and similarly to sales positions you will be the kind of person that wants to have a direct impact on your own earning potential.

You should also have the mindset that speaking to people directly (phone / face to face) is the best way to get a good result.

We are looking for;

1) Graduates (or you have attained A 'levels / Highers before starting work) with some previous work experience who have a desire to forge their career into recruitment.

2) Intelligent individuals who have relevant experience in customer service, tele-sales, business to business sales, estate agency or other sales orientated professions.

3) Experienced Recruiters


You must have excellent communication skills and be able to absorb lots of new information quickly and easily, and then utilise that information to leverage opportunity for yourself and the company.

You will need to be the kind of person that wants to ask lots of questions so you can quickly learn and progress in the role.

The role is target driven, with excellent financial incentives for those that succeed.

We pay a decent basic salary + commission with realistic on target earnings for trainees of £25k-£30k in the first year and £35-£40k in the second year.

Experienced recruiters should expect to be earning £40k in year one, and £60k + in year 2.
