My client is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Ledger/ Credit Controller to join their fun and friendly team on a temp to Perm basis.
DescriptionThe core duties include but are not limited to,
Job Description:
- Using Sage 200 & Credit Hound software
- Raise sales ledger invoices/credits
- Credit checks to maintain customer credit limits and minimise bad debt risk
- Credit control through to court action if required
- Produce customer statements and process remittance advice
- Filing and archiving as and when required
- Answer telephone calls and direct calls accordingly
- Processing of sales invoices
- Responsible for all Credit Control
- Dealing with invoice queries and discrepancies and liaising with colleagues regarding any
Qualifications & Requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential
- A working knowledge of SAGE 200 is desirable
- Knowledge of the engineering/generator industry would be desirable
- Ability to work on own initiative and work well within a team environment.
- Must have excellent attention to detail
Salary will be commensurate with experience
