£40,000 - £45,000**+ benefits

The business has established a track record for completing international assignmentson behalf of a worldwide blue-chip client base.

The development of internal legal technology capabilities has led to the creation of a new opportunity for an Application Support Leadto join an expanding Technology team in a client facing technical role.

Workingat the heart of digital transformation, you will work with the relevant Stakeholders, and clients on day-to-day activities for the development and adoption of client facing technology solutions.


Key Responsibilities of the Application Support Lead

  • Leads the Technology Client Support Team and ensures a highquality service is provided to client
First point of contact to clients and their use of the legal tech solutions this team provides

  • Work with clients to understand their questions and problems and work to see these through to resolution
  • Able to triage and problem solve issues to help identify appropriate solutions and next steps
  • Where necessary, works with other internal Teams, Suppliers and an Offshore Development Team to progress solutions
  • Have an awareness of product roadmaps to ensure the relevant transition takes place within the team
  • Helps to review/test new features prior to launching to clients
  • Owns and embeds the onboarding process to ensure new tech solutions are transitioned into the team
  • Proactively reviews statistics and metrics to help identify areas for improvement and appropriately progresses these

Skills & Attributes of the Application Support Lead

  • Exceptional communication skills across a range of stakeholders
  • Line management experience, ideally 2+ years
  • Demonstratable experience of ITIL and best practice
  • Demonstratable experience of the SDLC
  • A good basic understanding of technology and infrastructure (relational db models, SQL, APIs, cloud infrastructure)
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Display an interest in Technology and how it can be applied in the team
