NO Uniform is an award-winning uniform design company founded in 2002 by designer Nicholas Oakwell. The company is the UK leader in bespoke uniforms winning numerous international contracts. Its clients are primarily the luxury 5/6-star International Hotel market as well as independent restaurants. The company continues to grow winning many international projects and the reason for recruitment. Our objective is to provide clients with designed uniforms that specifically fit their brand, whilst acknowledging current fashion trends.


The company is growing and is looking for a dynamic Production coordinator to work in a small team with fellow production coordinators, a garment technologist and a raw materials coordinator.

You will report into the senior production manager. This person should be capable to work on different projects and be focussed on planning and quality. They should have an eye for detail, be systemic, highly organised, be a proactive team player and leader. They should have a passion for producing high standard garments and accessories.


This is a great opportunity for a Production Coordinator to join an expanding and successful business based in South East London.

You will need to have excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic and be passionate about the fashion and hospitality industry.


Production Coordinator - The Role and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for raising dockets and sending these out to factories
  • Arranging parcels with correct information logged and shipped
  • Overseeing final quality control
  • Making sure all garments are packed and shipped in a right order
  • Checking cut figures and highlighting any discrepancies to the correct team
  • Ensuring all BOMs are kept up to date
  • Working closely with the garment tech, all tech packs, patterns and samples are handed over correctly to the factories.
  • Working closely with the raw materials coordinator, making sure the planning for raw materials is met and falls in line with critical path and production planning.
