Role Description:


Bridge Recruitment are currently looking for an Operations Manager to join the Team of one of our clients, a highly reputable company providing FM services to customers nationwide.

As Operations Manager you will be managing a 20 person periodic and deepcleaning team, as well as conducting site visits across London.

The ideal Operations Manager will be ambitious and someone who enjoys being part of a team committed to delivering the highest standard in customer support.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage schedules, timesheets, sickness and time and attendance of the staff
  • Ensure staff meet the standards measured by customer and company in audit on quality and appearance
  • Ensure your area operates within the financial remit as determined by the OD
  • Ensure your area operates and manages holiday and sickness as determined by the OD
  • Ensure staff are up to date with training utilising the training technology used by the company
  • Report on and use the ticketing system
  • Adherence of staff to the Employee Handbook
  • Ensure company's cleaning operation meets its objectives with regards to Health and Safety, Quality and Sustainability
  • Ensure staff are trained on and understand their objectives with regards to Health and Safety, Quality and Sustainability
  • Implement performance management processes and disciplinary procedures where necessary
  • Induction and onboarding
  • Ensure staff understand machinery capabilities
  • Manage the team in accordance with our commitments to Diversity, Equality and Inclusion, and represent the operation on the DEI Committee

Requirements:
