Description
We are looking for a culturally-savvy Events and Marketing Executive to join Interaction.


Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will play a key role in shaping our company culture and driving employee engagement.

You'll also assist with creating and executing brand-building, lead-generating and internal communication strategies and the resultant campaigns


Key Responsibilities:

This is a fast-paced and wide-ranging role, but the key areas of your focus will be to:

  • Work with the Head of Marketing to help deliver the company's annual marketing strategy.
  • Design and deliver key events, both for Interaction and in partnership with other organisations (physical and virtual)
  • Drive growth and engagement across social platforms
  • Execute paid social campaigns across relevant platforms specifically LinkedIn
  • Spearhead Internal Comms

results orientated - be able to demonstrate commercial value through effective, integrated marketing across the entire marketing mix.


It's a really crucial role for the business - we're looking for someone who brings bags of passion, positivity and enthusiasm.


Required experience and skills

  • Proven Marketing experience, including social
  • Some event management experience
  • Some background in CRM management, reporting and leadhandling processes
  • Project, campaign and programme management skills
  • High level of numeracy ability to work with, analyse, and interpret data
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills
  • Copywriting and proofreading.
  • Microsoft Office to a good standard: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Google Analytics / GA
  • Strong educational background likely to include good degree (2:1 or above)
