Harnham is excited to bring you a new and exciting opportunity with a start-up who are looking for a Head of Analytics to join them on a 6-month project

THE COMPANY
This startup is a new tech company identified as one of the fastest-growing in the UK. They're now in a position where they need dedicated data leadership support to put data-led decision-making at the heart of their business

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A Head of Analytics will be tasked with the following:

Scoping out the business's current analytics capabilities
Roadmap and scope out the future of the business' capabilities and how this will happen through the use of key technologies and hires
Support stakeholders with immediate analytics on campaign performance through A/B testing & more.
Work closely with the engineering team to roll out best practices for data ingestion, cleaning, and utilisation.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Head of Analytics will have the following:

Experience as a Head of Analytics, or equivalent title, in a start-up environment
Strong SQL and visualisation skills (Tableau or Power BI)
A background in marketing or customer analytics
Excellent stakeholder management skills
A track record of taking businesses from having very little foundations within data to a datasavvy organisation
